The design phase consists of idea & concept generation, layer design and theme selection. At each stage of the design phase, our design team go through each individual detail for selection.

The development of the project consists of careful planning, resource allocation and time management. Our project team is targeting to achieve best outcome by optimising resource and just in time pacing.

Loading the project involves problem solving and decision making. During this stage, executing the project might seems easy with a plan, however, we can still experience unforeseeable problems or troubles.

Technology advancement can sometimes be a problem to the project. Our development team must do more research and perform more testing to keep up with and becoming more knowledgeable and familiarise with new techniques and processes.

At this stage, the team is confident with the project and can proceed with marketing and promotion.
